Dr. Stone hails from the sunny island of Jamaica and is a graduate of Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis and Howard University in Washington D.C. Her mission is to serve, educate and empower individuals and families in the community through education and self development moving them towards the abundant lives God has intended them to live. She currently is the host of her own internet television show titled "Woman to Wombman..Kitchen table talk" that airs on irietimestv.com. She has been a frequent guest specialist on radio, at wholistic health events and speaks regularly to corporations, churches and social groups on stress management, peak performance, injury prevention, nutrition, exercise and women’s health.
Having faced her own issues with fibroids which resulted in one surgical procedure and a threatened second procedure, she was forced to seek alternative methods of making peace with her own womb. Her study and research led to the creation of 'The Wombman's Nest; which serves to empower women through womb wellness to remove the blockages to their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health thereby opening way to their creativity and allowing them to experience boundless health and vitality.
As a woman business owner, care-giver and all around 'every woman', Dr Stone understands the stresses and demands placed on modern day women. She draws on her experiences of having cared for an ailing parent, running multiple businesses from wellness to real estate, being a wife and trying to keep herself healthy through it all to share with friends, family and clients on how to make it work.
